Project Details:

The selected intern will join our Digital & Manufacturing Excellence team to develop and enhance internal web applications that support factory and warehouse operations and automation. Using technologies like PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Python, frameworks like Laravel, and Microsoft Azure, the intern will help build tools that improve data accessibility, operation efficiency, and reporting in an industrial setting.

Key Deliverables:

·       Develop and maintain internal web applications using Laravel (PHP framework)

·       Build and integrate MySQL/SQL databases for data-driven applications

·       Write clean, well-documented HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery code

·       Create responsive UIs and ensure cross-browser compatibility

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements

·       Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization

·       Document features, workflows, and technical decisions

·       Support deployment of apps on Microsoft Azure

Project Outcomes

·       Deliver reliable internal tools that streamline operations and improve efficiency

·       Ensure secure, scalable, and well-maintained codebase across projects

·       Achieve high usability and accessibility in internal applications

·       Minimize downtime by proactively fixing bugs

·       Enable faster decision-making by digitizing manual processes

Who We Are Looking For

·       A motivated intern pursuing or recently graduated in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields

·       Exposure to industrial settings, automation, or manufacturing operations is a strong advantage

·       Hands-on experience or coursework in Laravel, PHP, MySQL, and front-end technologies

·       Comfortable with REST APIs and cloud deployment concepts

·       Familiarity with industrial automation data, PLC concepts, or OT systems is a plus

·       Eager to learn and build tools that support factory operations and digital transformation

·       Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

·       Familiarity with Microsoft Azure is a plus, not mandatory

·       Clear communicator who can document and present work effectively
