The Role: Senior Solution Architect- Pre-Sales Engineer

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be the technical expert guiding clients through the sales process. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs; design tailored solutions and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead in client meetings, addressing questions and demonstrating how our AI and MLOps platforms meet their requirements.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer objectives.
• Prepare detailed responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Support the technical handover process for successful onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a pre-sales role, preferably in AI, machine learning, or MLOps.
• Strong technical knowledge of AI infrastructure and workload management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
