Job Summary:

Our client is looking for an Information Security Specialist to enhance their cybersecurity posture and safeguard their systems, data, and networks. We seek a proactive professional with hands-on experience in security operations, risk assessment, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement security systems (DLP, SIEM, MDM) from scratch.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, investigating threats and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits, implementing corrective measures.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams for secure system configurations.
• Manage security tools (SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection).
• Develop and execute security awareness training programs.
• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and recommend controls.
• Support compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other regulations.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Russian language
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in information security or cybersecurity roles.
• Hands-on experience with security technologies implementations including DLP, SIEM And MDM
• Must have experience with firewalls, IPS, EDR
• Strong understanding of security principles, threat intelligence, and incident response.
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Security+ are a plus.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) is preferrable
• Previous expereince in a banking or Financial institution would be highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
