Affiliate / Influencer Marketing Manager

Recruitment agency “Nextra Latvia” is looking for a results-driven Affiliate / Influencer Marketing Manager for a company that owns a licensed P2P investing platform, offering retail investors access to high-yield business loans across Western and Northern Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the growth of company's affiliate / influencer marketing program in key European markets (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, etc.).
• Identify and onboard new affiliate / influencer partners to broaden program reach and attract new investors.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate / influencer partners, fostering ongoing collaboration and success.
• Oversee and optimize affiliate / influencer network accounts, ensuring effective communication and smooth cooperation.
• Monitor affiliate / influencer performance, generate detailed reports, and recommend strategies to drive growth and improve conversion rates.
• Implement data-driven strategies to enhance traffic, boost conversions, and expand the affiliate / influencer program.

Requirements for Junior candidates:

• A passion for relationship-building and digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing KPIs and customer acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in Latvian and English; proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Requirements for Senior candidates:

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in affiliate / influencer marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful partnerships.
• Expertise in performance marketing KPIs, acquisition funnels, and data-driven marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated success in scaling affiliate / influencer programs and managing high-level accounts.
• Outstanding communication skills in Latvian and English, with fluency in additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch) being highly desirable.
