As a Senior PHP Developer/Team Lead, you'll be the linchpin of the team, balancing people management with technical prowess. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the team to ensure performance, motivation, and welfare;
• Set quarterly and annual goals aligned with company objectives;
• Foster a culture of growth by both learning from and teaching team members;
• Engage with product technical leads, stakeholders, and facilitate technical discussions;
• Perform development tasks, including programming, refactoring, and code reviews;
• Work with PHP using the latest tools and technologies, enforcing coding standards and best practices;
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications, ensuring clean and testable code;
• Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and apply effective code review practices.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 years of IT team (>5 people) leading experience;
• At least 5 years experience in development, including creating and maintaining complex IT B2B systems;
• Extensive knowledge of PHP, Symfony, OOP, MySQL, API integrations, and Git versioning system;
• Experience in setting up Local & Staging/Production environments and applying security best practices;
• Working with agile teams experience, understanding - Agile development principles;
• Excellent communication, self-management, problem-solving, leadership, and mentoring skills;
• English proficiency.

PREFERRED:

• Management, Team Lead trainings/courses passed;
• Solution Architect skills and experience (or certification);
• Coaching skills.

• Monthly salary range is 4959-7351 euros gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies.
