Job role requires to work from client location; currently they have 895 users spread across 22 sites globally,

Admin should have good working attitude with end user and other team members to fulfill the job requirements.

Below are the roles that Admin should minimally perform on the job.

  • Incident management.
  • Monitor incidents in the queue and assign to engineers
  • Log incident with service desk for IT issues encountered during course of admin work.
  • Service request Management.

Client uses 2 service request applications ( Internal and external ) internal service request is not linked to external tools ( ITSM). Any transfer of information need to be performed manually

  • Monitor and assign SRs raised internal SR system
  • If any SR required action from other team : update the SR in external SR system ( ITSM)
  • Followup with ITSM team to update the SR.
  • Update the status of SR in internal SR system
  • Coordinate with users and backend team if any SR need additional info to fulfill.
  • User management
  • Work with HR on onboarding of new users and off-boarding of resigned staff.
  • Work with asset manager to make sure assets that need to be assigned to new users are ready for deployment.
  • Raise required Srs for onboarding and offboarding of users.
  • Work with other teams ( System , network and desktop) required accounts are setup correctly.
  • Asset management:
  • Work as a backup Asset manager
  • Track assets in Asset management system
  • Coordinate if Asset owners for asset verification
  • Manage the delivery orders of assets delivered to site.
  • Manage assets give to users and engineers
  • Track assets that has been delivered by supplier and returned to vendors.
  • Track machines that were purchased by agency.
  • Track if users are travelling to RO sites, work with Asset manager to make sure required assets are issued to user before travel
  • Reporting
  • Weekly and monthly SR utilization reports to be update in tracking system
  • Monthly man-days utilization has to be updated.
  • Monthly Review of user accounts and admin accounts.
  • Review of user accounts include : SGMAIL reports, GOMAX subscription
  • Tech Refresh,
  • Work with team to assign laptops for TR
  • Assist engineer to schedule appointments for Tech refresh
  • Prepare TR reports
  • Maintain record of laptops issued to users and collected back from users during TR.
