Role Description

This is a contract role for a Senior Golang Developer at Ideaon. The Senior Golang Developer will be responsible for software development, microservices design and implementation, programming in Spring Framework and Java. The role is based in Bay area,California with Hybrid Opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Golang, Java, and Python.
• Architect and implement high-performance, multithreaded backend services.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to deploy and monitor services.
• Leverage Kubernetes for container orchestration and service deployment.
• Implement database solutions using relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and performance optimization.
• Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong command of Golang, Java, and Python.
• Solid experience in designing and building microservices architectures.
• Proficient in multithreading and concurrent programming concepts.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
• Deep knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Experience with REST APIs, message queues, and system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
