About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Game Developer to join our team as an AI Trainer. In this position, you will be responsible for assessing the performance and reasoning capabilities of AI models, particularly in solving mathematics problems. Your primary goal will be to enhance the logic and efficiency of AI chatbots, ensuring they perform optimally in their designated tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your game development expertise with cutting-edge AI training, contributing to technologically advanced solutions that push the boundaries of digital innovation.



Key Responsibilities
Develop and present AI chatbots with complex and varied mathematical problems to evaluate the accuracy and depth of their responses.
Analyze and assess the performance outputs generated by AI models, focusing on correctness, quality, and logical reasoning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine AI algorithms and improve problem-solving capabilities.
Provide detailed feedback and suggestions to enhance the performance of AI chatbots, ensuring continuous improvement of model quality.
Contribute to the development of best practices in AI model training and evaluation, aiming to accelerate learning and innovation.


Required Qualifications
Proficiency in English with native or bilingual fluency, enabling effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
Strong mathematical background with expertise in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, probability, statistics, and logical reasoning.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to scrutinize AI outputs and identify areas for improvement.
A master’s or PhD in progress or completed in relevant fields such as applied mathematics, computer science, or related disciplines is preferred, but not required.
