Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative HCM/HR Systems Scrum Maser to serve our diverse base of global clients. We are looking for someone with experience in projects related to HR/Payroll systems. Workday exposure is a plus but not mandatory, experience in any other HR/HCM system like Peoplesoft or experience in projects that used implementation or maintenance of those products will also be considered.
Location: Remote (US Based)
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Establish and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to the development team.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Scrum Master/Coach with over 5 years of experience in an HR systems environment (project management skills preferred).
- Proven experience in implementing Workday HCM or other HCM SaaS solutions.
- Skilled in engaging with business partners, establishing project schedules, and leading technical discussions.
- Knowledge of the Human Resources and Payroll domain is desired but not mandatory.
- Familiar with various SaaS solutions in the HR/Payroll space and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions.
The annual salary for this position is between $[90,000- $138,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
