Product Manager for Europe
This position primarily covers business in Europe and requires frequent travel. Additionally, candidates must have experience in the stapler industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operating Room Presence: Attend surgeries to provide on-site support and training, ensuring that medical staff are fully equipped to use the products effectively during procedures.
- Product Training: Organize and conduct product training workshops for medical professionals and distributors to enhance their understanding of product features, advantages, and applications, as well as to improve product usage efficiency and satisfaction.
- Market Data Analysis: Responsible for collecting and analyzing key market data, including customer preferences, competitor dynamics, technical specifications, market prices, and end-user information, to build and maintain a comprehensive market database.
- Marketing Tools Development: Responsible for developing, refining, and maintaining a range of marketing tools, including but not limited to product manuals, packaging designs, promotional materials, instructional videos, product training materials, advertising materials (images and videos), and animal and clinical research data required prior to product launch.
- Customer Complaint Handling: As a key role in customer relationship management, handle complaints from clinical customers, delve into the root causes of issues, review and write customer complaint reports, and ensure that customers receive timely and effective feedback.
- Market and Clinical Feedback: Actively collect market and clinical feedback, share this information with internal teams, and collaborate with the R&D team to drive continuous product improvement and innovation.
- Academic Support: Provide strong academic support for the product line by researching medical literature and publications, ensuring the scientific validity and market competitiveness of the products.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the company and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferred in Clinical Medicine, Medical Bioengineering, or Marketing.
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience in medical devices and surgical staplers.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms.
- Accepting frequent business trips and remote work modes.
- Meticulous and serious work attitude, with good learning, communication, and execution abilities.
- Strong logical thinking ability and customer-oriented consciousness.
- Proficient in using computer office software, experience with CRM systems is a plus.
