About the Role:

Join an innovative, agile R&D Firmware team dedicated to delivering top-notch security features for high-profile clients. As a Quality Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in testing and refining firmware for enhanced customer security, all while collaborating with an international team across Europe—no late-night calls with overseas teams needed!

What You'll Do:

• Define Quality: Develop and lead comprehensive testing processes, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards and are release-ready.
• Problem-Solving Partner: Report, verify, and troubleshoot bugs and issues with development teams to maintain seamless product performance.
• Be a Key Connector: Collaborate closely with global development teams to ensure efficient and effective defect management.

What You'll Bring:

💻 3+ years in software quality engineering

🖥️ Expertise in Linux & bash scripting

🌐 Experience with network configuration/monitoring

🔧 Background in firmware/embedded software testing

💡 Analytical mindset, driven to find solutions with a proactive attitude

🗣️ Strong English communication skills

Bonus Points For:

⚙️ Hands-on test automation experience (any language)

📈 Familiarity with API testing and networking fundamentals (IPv4/IPv6, OSI layers)

💼 Practical knowledge of Agile Scrum, SDLC, and CI tools

🐍 Proficiency in Python
