Job Title: Junior Product Designer

The Role:
We’re on the hunt for a visually driven and Figma-savvy Junior Product Designer to help craft beautiful, user-centric experiences across their digital products. With a focus on consumer-facing applications and platforms, you’ll work closely with Product Designers, UX researchers, Product Managers, and Developers to bring their brand to life in every pixel.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has already worked with recognised consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality visual design work across web and mobile products, ensuring a consistent and compelling user experience
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to take ideas from concept to production
- Use Figma to develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and interactive prototypes
- Translate user needs, brand identity, and business goals into intuitive and accessible interfaces
- Contribute to design reviews, offering constructive feedback and ideas
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices
- Ensure design work aligns with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years experience in a digital product design role, ideally within consumer-facing environments
- A strong portfolio showcasing your visual design craft, ideally within well-known consumer brands
- Exceptional skills in Figma – from wireframing to prototyping to component libraries
- A natural eye for layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
- Good understanding of responsive design and interaction design principles
- Excellent communication skills – you’re as comfortable sharing your work as you are receiving feedback
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow within a supportive design team
