Technical Support Engineer

Eldrive is electric vehicle charging network operator focused on expanding infrastructure that enables automotive industry’s switch to zero-emission solutions. Eldrive operates innovative platform for charging infrastructure management and offers tailored smart charging solutions for EV drivers via mobile applications.

Eldrive currently controls network of 1600+ charging points and provides services to 35,000+ EV drivers in EU countries: Lithuania, Bulgaria, Romania.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be a key member of our technical team, supporting the expansion and smooth operation of our EV charging station network across Lithuania. Your primary focus will be providing technical assistance, assessing site requirements, coordinating with external partners, and ensuring reliable maintenance of the network. In this role, you will help ensure that all technical standards are met, and that the charging infrastructure operates seamlessly to support our users.

Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor the performance of charging stations, perform software updates, and coordinate technical maintenance with suppliers and partners to ensure hardware uptime.
• Diagnose and resolve charging station issues remotely and on-site
• Assist with the integration, installation, and testing of new stations, software, and software updates, ensuring seamless infrastructure operation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for issue escalation, system improvements, and equipment replacement.
• Analyze charging station performance data to identify trends, optimize system performance, and recommend preventive maintenance measures.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction, energy or engineering;
• At least 2-yrsWork experience in energy, construction or engineering related roles;
• Great Lithuanian and English language skills
• Energy worker's certificate category VK or AK
• Time management, organisational and collaboration skills
• Driving license, B category

Monthly salary range for this position is 2,800 - 3,350 EUR before taxes. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected.
