About The Role
Betashares is looking for a proactive and solutions-oriented professional to support our People & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact across our growing team. You’ll play a key role in supporting both the Talent Acquisition process and broader People & Culture initiatives. We’re looking for someone who’s highly organised, proactive, and ready to take ownership of a variety of tasks.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, placing job advertisements, maintaining the careers page, managing recruitment inboxes, and providing general recruitment support. You’ll also support the team by maintaining accurate people data, crafting internal communications, and managing content on the company intranet.
In addition, you’ll contribute to training programs, health and wellbeing initiatives, and assist with key People & Culture projects, ensuring the best possible employee experience.

Role Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end recruitment support, including interview scheduling, job advertising, careers page management, recruitment inbox coordination, and general hiring process assistance.
Support talent pipeline management, engaging with passive candidates and assisting with LinkedIn projects to strengthen internal talent pools.
Assist in optimising recruitment processes and ATS management, ensuring efficiency and best practices.
Maintain accurate people-related data in relevant systems, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
Draft internal communications and manage content on the company intranet to enhance employee engagement.
Coordinate training programs and health & wellbeing initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery and participation.
Enhance the employee experience by supporting onboarding, recognition programs, and feedback initiatives.
Support the implementation of key People & Culture projects, including the engagement survey and broader initiatives.
Ensure People policies remain current and compliant with Australian employment laws and HR best practices.
Skills & Experience
2-4 years of experience in a talent acquisition or people & culture support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and engaging with all levels of stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, able to juggle multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
Proficiency with MS365, including SharePoint.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Creative flair with a good attention to detail.
