Mission
The client is in implementing web projects on behalf of the Luxembourg government. The candidate will focus on back-end Java development for state websites and applications, particularly with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Projects fall under the state web strategy, within the Renow standardization framework.
Responsibilities
- Development of custom models in Java.
- Establishment of connections via Web services (REST, SOAP).
- Development of Java and JavaScript components for the government CMS.
- Creation of templates and dialog boxes.
- Definition and implementation of best practices in development.
- Production of technical documentation for knowledge transfer to CTIE.

- Java Development:
- Extensive experience (minimum 330 person-days in the last 3 years).

- Mastery of testing methodologies (JUnit, Cypress, Gatling, Selenium, SoapUI, Postman) with a minimum of 40 person-days in the last 3 years.
- Additional Technical Skills:
- HTML & JavaScript.
- Relational and NoSQL databases.
Language Skills
- French: C1 (oral and written).
- English: B1 (oral and written).
Working Conditions
- Location: CTIE, Luxembourg.
- Remote Work: Possible under certain conditions, with an obligation to be present on-site if necessary.
