Information Security Officer

We’re partnering with a leading financial services platform, a key player in digital asset and fund management with hundreds of billions in assets under administration and strong financial backing.

As part of their continued growth and evolution, we’re looking for an experienced Information Security Specialist to drive their information security strategy across international operations.

What’s on offer:

• Opportunity to lead an Information Security team
• Shape and implement security processes, frameworks, and controls
• Lead risk management and oversee compliance initiatives (including ISO 27001)
• Manage audits and security assessments across business units and providers
• Hybrid role: 2 days a week in Frankfurt HQ, with occasional international travel (Europe)

What you’ll need:

• 7+ years’ experience in Information Security
• Strong expertise in ISO/IEC 27001, BSI Grundschutz, IT risk management, and cloud security
• Business fluency in German and English
• It is beneficial to have practical knowledge of Azure, DevOps environments, and network security.
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to manage both day-to-day operations and high-pressure situations

Salary: Up to €120,000 package
