Product Analyst (all genders)

Your mission

We are a worldwide gaming loyalty platform operator and publisher. Our purpose is to enable free-to-play mobile game players to get rewarded for their hobby. We launched JustPlay in the US in 2020, and now our product is one of the leading loyalty rewards apps in the world. Our team is based in 19+ countries and our headquarters is in Berlin, Germany.

JustPlay is looking for a Product Analyst to join the team. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our cross-functional Product teams to bring clarity, insights, and data-driven confidence to every product decision — and ultimately make the player experience even better.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customers and influence our Product roadmap to continually improve our decision making
• Develop and evolve tracking concepts to ensure we collect accurate and reliable data, build and transform those into actionable insights
• Work closely with our Data Engineering and Analytics teams to improve our data products, all leading to quicker and accurate outcomes
• Collaborate with our Engineering teams to define the data that we need to collect to get the best outcomes
• Plan, define, conduct and evaluate A/B tests and drive experimentation-led Product development
• Think creatively to find optimal solutions to our complex, often unstructured problems
• Provide your stakeholders (product & business) with accurate reports and experiment analysis
  
  

The Experience We Hope You Bring To JustPlay

• You have at least 5 years of experience in an analytics role, preferably in product analytics focusing on consumer facing products, mobile gaming experience is a plus
• You are proficient in Python and packages like Pandas or Numpy, collab tools like Google Colab, SQL
• You have a knowledge of BigQuery or AWS, BI tools like Looker, statistical analysis and modeling techniques
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data
• You have excellent communication skills and previous experience with interacting successfully with business stakeholders
• You are familiar with mobile analytics platforms (e.g. Adjust, Amplitude, Firebase) supporting effective measurement of user acquisition and engagement efforts
