If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Information Security Team as a Junior Information Security Specialist


Are you ready for an internal role as one of our go-to security specialists?


We are looking for a colleague in Vilnius who can help us oversee our existing security framework and be responsible for ensuring that our security standards are implemented internally and externally by our suppliers and partners.


Organizationally, the role is placed in COWI's Information Security Team, headed by our Chief Information Security Officer. The Information Security Team is placed within Group Finance, but have close daily collaboration with Group IT, HR, Legal and other departments. The Information Security Team is responsible for Governance, Risk and Compliance activities, but do not perform any operational IT Security tasks – these are managed by Group IT.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Security Metrics Automation: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing cybersecurity metrics, supporting automation of security processes using Power Apps, Power Automate, and dashboards.
  • Security Assurance Compliance: Support cybersecurity specialists and product teams in tracking security recommendations, control assessments, audits, and compliance reviews, ensuring documentation and remediation follow-ups.
  • Technical Risk Policy Support: Assist in risk assessments, security baseline reviews, and ISMS policy updates, ensuring alignment with security standards and continuous improvements.

On top of that, you will have:

  • Knowledge and experience within the field of information security especially ISO27002.
  • You have a university degree or equivalent.
  • Professionally proficient in spoken and written English.
  • You have effective communication skills, and you are skilled at managing your stakeholders.

Salary for this position starts from 2680 to 3500 EUR before taxes. We believe in your professional capability, therefore the final offer will be based on your skills and experience.
