We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you will play a crucial part in scaling the Marketing workflow, ensuring flawless execution of our campaigns, launches, events, and cross-functional initiatives. This position requires strong organizational thinking, the ability to balance structure with speed, and a hands-on mindset to ensure our brand presence keeps up with our explosive growth.
What Will Be Your Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day tracking of marketing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables using JIRA as the single source of truth;
- Set up, assign, follow up, and ensure accountability for tickets and tasks within JIRA, keeping everything moving toward launch;
- Coordinate with Designers, Social Content Creators, Product Marketing, Video and Event planners teams to align on realistic timelines and workloads;
- Manage marketing task pipelines using JIRA to ensure all deliverables are tracked, assigned, and completed on time;
- Coordinate design, content, video, and event stakeholders to streamline project execution;
- Create and maintain clear timelines, campaign calendars, and documentation in Confluence;
- Support the execution of trade show plans and product launches by managing logistics, deadlines, and cross-team alignment;
- Drive the team’s workload visibility and ensure creative resources are allocated efficiently;
- Identify and mitigate risks early, communicate blockers clearly, and follow up on dependencies;
- Organize recurring marketing updates and dashboards to report campaign progress to internal stakeholders;
- Own and improve systems and processes that scale marketing operations without slowing down agility;
- Ensure a smooth flow from idea to execution for all marketing workstreams, keeping the team focused on what matters most.
- Drive bi-weekly progress updates, team stand-ups, and reporting dashboards to keep all stakeholders informed.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Marketing Project Management, ideally in a Product, SaaS, Creative Agency or Tech setting;
- Proficiency with JIRA to plan, track, assign, and report on marketing workflows, campaigns, and sprint cycles;
- Systems thinker who loves improving how teams collaborate and deliver at scale;
- Experience using Confluence to document strategies, meeting notes, team workflows, and campaign retrospectives;
- Strong ability to manage multiple timelines without compromising detail or quality;
- Experience managing creative timelines and driving internal approvals;
- Experience creating performance reports and dashboards using JIRA, Google Sheet or MS Excel. Comfortable working with OKRs and KPIs;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English: fluent-level is a strong plus. Comfortable communicating with both Design, Product, Business, Technical and C-level teams.
- Nice to have: experience building or managing a B2B LinkedIn strategy;
- PMP, Agile, Kanban or Scrum training/certification;
- Experience building integrations or automations across tools (Slack, Figma, Miro, etc.);
- Empathy combined with strong accountability and bias for action:
- Understanding of Logistics, SaaS, IoT, or tech markets;
- Experience in content performance reporting using social analytics tools;
- Background in journalism, creative strategy, or storytelling;
- Ability to work independently and prioritize against strategic objectives.
