A cutting-edge AI startup is building an original product, aiming to transform predictions in finance and healthcare.

Backed by top investors, they are now scaling their infrastructure and refining their models!

Team and Location:

• Currently a team of 7, including ex-Big Tech researchers and engineers.
• Remote in the UK until a relocation is required to Barcelona in the next 3-6 months to establish the tech hub.
• Compensation is highly competitive, well above market rates.

Role

You will bridge the gap between research and production, ensuring ML models are scalable and robust. You will:

• Design, implement, evaluate, and deploy ML models.
• Optimise GPU performance and scale infrastructure.
• Ensure research outputs transition effectively into production.
• Close the gap between the infrastructure and research teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience in AI model development, ML infrastructure, and deployment
• Background in fast-paced environments or startups
• Exceptional academic credentials
• Experience at leading technical companies (Snap, Meta, DeepMind, Microsoft)
• Expertise in deep learning and classical ML techniques
• Ideally, a track record of publications or conference presentations

Please note that a relocation to Barcelona within the next 3-6 months is required (relocation package and sponsorship included).
