The Technical Analyst will utilize the firms proprietary technology and query language to analyze behavioral trends and patterns across various domains, suggest and implement ways to improve data, prepare schemas and set up processes to import client data, and to generally be the expert who can leverage our tools to create and illustrate specific value for internal and individual customer use cases.
Desired experience in the following areas:
- Extensive experience with SQL
- Event tracking data (JSON-based log files)
- Data analytics programming languages; Python, R
- Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Looker, dbt, DuckDB
- User KPIs (DAU, ARPU, LTV, retention, churn, etc.), including cohort analysis
- Analytics front ends: Amplitude, Mixpanel, DeltaDNA, Google Analytics, etc.
- Statistics
- Software development
- Configuring AWS
