Topline

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our Tribe team. The ideal candidate will be a professional specialized in designing, developing, and maintaining CRM systems specifically tailored for our small/midmarket business clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Software Development: Development, documentation, and maintenance of software applications, ensuring that they meet user requirements and align with company objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to guarantee that software solutions are reliable, user-friendly, and critical bugs-free.
• Innovation and Creativity: Encourage innovation, promoting new ideas and initiatives that drive growth and improve the overall development process.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, design, and other departments to translate requirements into solutions.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in software development to continually improve the team's capabilities and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Employee Development: Mentor junior developers, fostering skill development and creating a cohesive, high-performing team environment.
  
  

About YOU

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications can be beneficial
• Over 4 years of experience in that position
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge in TypeScript, React (Front-end), Java (Back-end), MySQL, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), architecture, and best practices
• Project Execution: Skilled in Agile methodologies, resource allocation, and timely delivery
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively within a team, understanding the dynamics and contributing to collective goals
• Quality & Innovation: Drives excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Experience in AI is a plus
