You’ve got a few years of experience turning big ideas into actionable plans — maybe as a product owner, product manager, or something similar. You know how to bridge the gap between business goals, user needs, and tech. You believe in building the right thing, the right way, at the right time — and you want to spend your days where your curiosity, strategic thinking, and love for making things happen are allowed to flourish.
You like things tidy and agile. You’re confident in your ability to prioritize, structure, and communicate, but you’re also open to listening, learning, and adapting. Overtime is rarely needed because you and your team make realistic, transparent plans and help keep scope creep at bay. This gives you the space to focus on what matters: delivering real value and having fun while doing it.
You get a kick out of exploring new tech and aren’t afraid of leading the way when there’s no clear path. You like making decisions but don’t need to be the loudest voice in the room — you believe in teamwork and good conversations.
You’ll spend most of your time with the clients’ tech teams, but you probably do that today anyway. Translating needs, managing expectations, and turning vague ideas into clear, prioritized backlogs. You’re good at explaining techy stuff to non-techy people and are not afraid to challenge clients’ ideas or plans when needed.
You may have a business degree, an engineering degree, or none at all. What matters is that you’re a curious, easygoing person who likes to get nerdy over lunch — whether it’s about the latest trends in UX, fun new tech, how to paint your wargaming figurines, or the best way to feed your sourdough.
You’ll like working at MVP if you enjoy working with great colleagues and interesting clients on meaningful projects, but it helps even more if you like:
- Talking about your latest hobby project, which may very likely be getting more of your attention than you care to admit.
- Hanging out after work, engaging in a board game or sipping your favourite beverage in a corner looking cool while others duke it out.
- Sharing ideas and talking shop with product people who are as excited about your work as you are.
- … chatting about whatever else makes you excited about your day!
You’ve realized that we're all going to be working until we've grown old and that we ought to make it fun in the meantime.
