You are joining an early stage scale-up with exceptional product-market fit, trusted by global leaders like Bird & Bird, Pérez-Llorca, and Mannheimer Swartling. Backed by over $35M in funding from top investors including Benchmark, Redpoint, and Y Combinator. And a a world-class team from Google, Klarna, Spotify, and top tier law firms with infinite room to grow professionally.

The role

We are hiring a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our data and integrations team, working on core infrastructure, 3rd party integrations and other critical parts of our system. This is a key role that sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and strategy - owning the foundational layers that make everything else possible.

You will drive the roadmap for our platform components, APIs, integrations, and shared services. You’ll work directly with engineers, product peers, and leadership to deliver scalable, reliable, and extensible systems that support rapid product innovation. Your work won’t always be visible to the end user, but it will power every customer-facing experience we ship

What You Will Be Doing

  • Collaborate with engineering on architectural and implementation decisions.
  • Translate complex technical problems into clear, actionable product specs.
  • Ensure the platform is performant, reliable, and developer-friendly.
  • Partner across product and engineering to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Shape how things are built—from design reviews to implementation milestones.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Gather user feedback and conduct market research to inform product decisions.

Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, with a proven track record of successfully shipping platform or infrastructure products.
  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer is essential: You must have a background in software engineering, demonstrating a deep understanding of system architecture and the ability to communicate fluently in technical language.
  • Comfortable working behind the scenes on products that enable others to move faster.
  • A systems thinker who thrives on complexity and scalability challenges.
  • Strong communicator who can simplify and align technical and business goals.
  • Excited by the opportunity to build in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
  • Experience with internal developer platforms, APIs, or system-level architecture.
  • Knowledge of integrations and third-party service orchestration.

What's in it for you

  • Career development opportunities in a rapidly evolving entrepreneurial environment.
  • Direct collaboration with senior leadership and the opportunity to directly impact company growth and strategy.
  • A collaborative, high-energy team environment where your ideas and contributions are valued and implemented.
  • Competitive salary complemented with a transparent and highly competitive options program.
  • Centrally located offices in Stockholm, designed as a space for you to do your life's work.

We founded Legora with the vision of giving lawyers the tools they deserve.

We didn't build Legora for how law is practiced today; we built it for how it should be practiced tomorrow.
