GenAI Engineer

A product company is looking for a GenAI Engineer for hybrid work in Warsaw.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the fundamental principles of machine learning
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Proficiency in Python, and familiarity with libraries for working with data and images
• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, JAX, etc.)
• Familiarity with modern deep learning methods: CNNs, RNNs, transformers, LLMs, etc.
• Exposure to prompt engineering or fine-tuning LLMs, using tools like DSPy
• Motivation for continuous learning and applying the latest technologies in practice
• Intermediate+ English

Responsibilities

• Explore and apply Generative AI techniques, such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and transformer-based models to develop solutions for data analysis of non-structured data, knowledge discovery, image and text generation, and other creative use cases.
• Maintain and develop existing pipelines using third-party large language models API.
• Interaction with research scientists and backend engineers.
• Implement MLOps best practices.
