We are looking for Project Analyst

Job Description

  • Project Management: Plan and execute a structured project to analyse and map the current scope of temporary labour within client in the Nordics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish communication with HR, operational leads and hiring managers across client entities to gather relevant data.
  • Supplier Analysis: Identify and evaluate all temporary labour suppliers used in the Nordics, including contract terms, pricing structures, and performance.
  • Workforce Data Collection: Assess the number of temporary workers engaged per supplier, per country, and across different business units.
  • Process Mapping: Analyse and document current hiring processes, approval workflows, and compliance requirements for contingent workforce hiring.
  • Data Quality Management: Review and update existing temp labour master data to ensure transparency and data quality according to client’ standards.
  • Reporting & Recommendations: Develop a comprehensive report summarising findings and provide recommendations for optimising the temporary labour model.

Qualifications

  • Proven Project Management Experience: Extensive experience in project management, preferably in procurement and workforce management.
  • Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills: Ability to interact with stakeholders and establish strong relations across multiple businesses and countries through virtual communication platforms.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to collect, interpret, and analyse workforce, contract and supplier data to derive actionable insights.
  • Procurement & Workforce Knowledge: Understanding of supplier portfolio, contingent workforce strategies, and compliance considerations in the Nordics.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
