UI Design Intern

About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled UI Design Intern who can hit the ground running. If you’ve previously interned or worked in a similar role and are excited to contribute to real product features and make a difference, we want to hear from you! You’ll work closely with our product, design, and development teams to craft delightful, intuitive user interfaces for our fast-growing platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling, user-friendly UI designs for mobile and web platforms
• Translate product requirements and wireframes into high-quality design assets
• Work collaboratively with the design team, product managers, and developers to implement design solutions
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides
• Rapidly iterate on designs based on user feedback and data

Requirements

• This is a paid In-office internship for 3 months
• Tier 1 college graduates/students ( NIFT, NID, IIT) are preferred.
• Previous internship or work experience in UI Design (portfolio and projects required)
• Strong proficiency in Figma is required. Software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (and other Adobe suite software) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Design Principles ( visual hierarchy, typography, White space, balancing, and colour theory, etc )
• Ability to design for both mobile and web platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and clear communication skills
• Staying updated on current market trends, fonts, new apps, and website releases with visually appealing UI, new software, and feature launches.

The FRND team operates six days a week, with every 1st and 3rd Saturday working
