Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer located in Salzburg. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, utilizing analytical skills, and delivering excellent customer support services.

Qualifications

1- Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL) or relevant professional experience in the IT sector

2- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts in an understandable way

3- Flexibility and willingness to work occasional weekends

4-Team player - at national and international level

5- Good written and spoken German And English skills
