This could be the perfect challenge if you have:

• Proven experience as a Frontend Tech Lead, with a background in React or Angular;
• Strong leadership skills with recent experience leading development teams;
• Expertise in frontend development, focusing on building scalable, high-performance web applications;
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Ability to guide the team in technical decisions, ensuring quality and performance of the code;
• Experience working in an Agile environment;
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, 2 days per week onsite in Lisbon.
