We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Solution Architect to join our Solution Architecture team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our/client architecture strategy, ensuring the seamless integration of technology and business requirements. This position requires a technical expert with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, the ability to dive into various business domains on demand, and a proven track record in designing and implementing solutions.

The location where we hire for this role is Latvia.

We want you to:

• Act as the technical advisor in service delivery projects.
• Work with technical client requirements (including RFI/RFP) and design solutions.
• Work with sales & pre-sales, value proposition development and delivery teams as well as external partners to shape and deliver solutions for our customers.
• Support the Solution Architecture practice in developing reusable assets
• Contribute to Emergn through thought leadership development with internal & external communities.

This job might be for you if you have:

• Solid & broad technical capabilities by working with Software Engineering team(s).
• Understanding of the typical use cases for the industries you are specializing in.
• First-hand experience in developing solutions in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer-facing skills with experience in presenting to and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Awareness of best industry practices in software solution development.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Latvian.
