What You Will Do:

• Craft responsive and intuitive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Create engaging and efficient user experiences and run A/B testing experiments to test it;
• Develop internal tools for process automation, web scraping and analytical purposes;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to suggest improvements and innovative solutions;
• Strive to enhance website performance by focusing on Core Web Vitals, ensuring that specific measurable metrics are met and improved.
  
  

What We Expect:

• Proven experience as a full-stack developer;
• Proficiency in PHP (Laravel), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design;
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and package managers;
• Solid understanding of website performance optimisation techniques;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, content creators, and other developers;
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Proficiency in third-party integrations/APIs
• Prior experience with AI integration (such as GPT, Midjourney, etc.) is considered a strong advantage;
• Knowledge of SEO best practices would be considered an advantage;
• Previous work with ad-tech and high-traffic websites would be considered an advantage.
• Expertise in WordPress development;

Salary: Starting from 4,200 EUR gross. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. We’re committed to attracting top talent and are open to negotiating a competitive salary.
