UI/UX Designer

What You Will Do:

• Help design and improve products, UI, and user experiences based on feedback and data;
• Conduct user research (like surveys, and prototype testing) to understand how people use current features and what new features they’d like;
• Set up and analyze A/B tests to see how users react to changes;
• Brainstorm and create new design ideas;
• Work with product, research, and engineering teams to make features that are easy to use and build trust with our brand.
  
  

What We Expect:

• Solid experience as a UX/UI designer;
• Experience designing for websites, mobile-responsive sites, and native mobile apps;
• A passion for design and making things easy for users;
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines to make designs usable for everyone;
• Creative problem-solving skills and a desire to optimize processes;
• Familiarity with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers;
• Experience or interest in the media or publishing industry is a big plus.

Salary: 2500-3500 eur/gross. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. We are committed to attracting the best talent and are open to negotiating salaries above this range.
