System Administrator / DevSecOps Specialist

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands (hybrid)

Salary: €65k - 70k

Security-focused? Drive security deep into development and operations? Join our client's growing European team in Utrecht! They are a global developer and operator of renewable energy assets.

You'll build and maintain a robust security framework for our complex infrastructure and applications. Strong cybersecurity knowledge and experience in mid-to-large scale environments are key.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate security throughout the development/operations pipeline.
• Develop and enforce infrastructure/software security best practices.
• Analyze security incidents/risks (root cause, prevention).
• Advise on secure design for complex systems.
• Resolve security issues across DevSecOps/infrastructure.
• Design/implement secure solutions for compliance (ISO 27001 / NIS2).
• Provide minor support for Windows/M365.
• Collaborate on secure IT support for the Dutch business.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of core cybersecurity principles.
• 3+ years securing Azure, VMs, SQL in mid-to-large environments.
• In-depth knowledge of securing M365, Exchange, AD.
• Solid VMware security hardening experience.
• Expertise in secure Endpoint Management (Intune, Autopilot, MDM).
• Extensive experience in threat/vulnerability/risk mitigation.
• Proven ISO 27001 / NIS2 implementation experience.
• Strong experience with Azure Bastion, Microsoft Defender/Purview/Sentinel.
• Strong Jenkins/automation tooling experience with security integration.
• Familiarity with network/printer security.
