Staff Frontend Engineer

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced and innovative Staff Frontend Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a senior technical leader, you will drive the development of cutting-edge web applications and help shape the future of our user-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of modern frontend applications using React, Vue, or similar frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers.

Drive frontend architecture decisions and ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.

Requirements:

7–9 years of professional experience in frontend development.

Deep expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).

Proven track record of delivering complex frontend solutions in a production environment.

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

Experience with performance optimization, CI/CD pipelines, and frontend testing.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with TypeScript.

Familiarity with backend systems or full-stack experience.

Previous experience in a tech leadership or staff-level engineering role.
