Asia Pacific - IT Digital Projects Intern

MAIN PURPOSE

As a Digital Intern, you will collaborate closely with the eCommerce team and various partners to

support our company's online platforms. Your primary responsibilities will involve organizing

documentation, managing security certificates, and tracking and monitoring issues until resolution.

You will focus particularly on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and the Singapore Staff Portal. Your

role is crucial in ensuring our online platforms are secure, efficient, and deliver an excellent user

experience. You may participate in our Microsoft Copilot project.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors and the in-house Infra/Network teams to help implement and renew SSL
  
  

certificates, ensuring secure connections and correct domain routing across all web platforms.

• Assist in tracking and monitoring issues by working closely with vendors and the in-house
  
  

Infra/Network teams.

• Explore how to integrate Jira with ServiceNow and other tools to improve collaboration, streamline
  
  

workflows, and ensure smooth data synchronization.

• Maintain accurate documentation of website configurations, changes made, and issues
  
  

encountered to support the ongoing maintenance efforts.

• Provide support for user queries related to the Singapore Staff Portal.
• Assist with ad hoc projects by conducting technology research and providing informed
  
  

recommendations.

• Maintain data pipelines using Azure tools
• Support ETL processes with Data team
• Support finance report generation during month end period
• Assist in integrating data between application system e.g. POS, BI, ERP…
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide data-driven insights and
  
  

other strategic initiatives

Technical Skills Are Good To Have

• Basic understanding of Jira's interface and/or Service Now, including creating and managing
  
  

issues, utilizing boards, and understanding workflows.

• Ability to generate reports and dashboards to track project progress and team performance.
• Programming language: Python, SQL
• Basic knowledge of the lifecycle of SSL certificates.
• Basic knowledge of different Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure…)
• Awareness of web security practices, including vulnerability assessments and secure coding
