We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to provide high-level administrative support across departments and to the executive team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, capable of producing accurate reports and professional presentations, while effectively coordinating administrative activities across teams and leadership levels.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and streamline day-to-day administrative operations to ensure business continuity and efficiency.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental communications and workflows, acting as a key liaison between teams.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and confidential correspondence.
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain advanced Excel reports and dashboards; interpret data to support strategic decisions.
  • Develop impactful PowerPoint presentations and executive summaries for internal meetings, reviews, and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate internal meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes recording, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Support project coordination efforts, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communications are aligned across departments.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for administrative systems and reporting workflows.
  • Mentor and support junior administrative staff as needed.
  • Key Skills & Competencies:

    • Expertise in Microsoft Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, advanced formulas, and data visualization.
    • Advanced PowerPoint skills: ability to create polished, engaging, and visually consistent presentations.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
    • High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
    • Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.


    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior administrative role or similar, supporting leadership and cross-functional teams.
    • Proven experience in reporting, executive coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration.
    • Experience working in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
    • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) will be an added advantage
    • Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or other collaboration tools.
    • Exposure to project coordination or basic project management practices.
