What You'll Be Doing * Intragroup Outsourcing Due Dilligence & Monitoring: Assist in conducting due diligence on our intra-group outsourcing partners and periodically monitor outsourcing activities and related Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain operational efficiency. * Contract management and invoice processing: provide administrative support to the team regarding contract and invoice management * Business Support: Provide support for external & internal events or business requirements. * Workspace Management: Oversee space planning and rental handling. Maintain office environment, assets and facilities. * Office Management: Manage office welfare, local festival events and connections, and daily office operation support. Foster employee connection and engagement. * Administration support: Provide administration support to the team as needed What We Look For In You * 5-8 years of experience in administrative or team coordinator roles * Strong understanding of office operations, document management, procurement, budget control, and data analysis. * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills * Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise work, and remain calm under pressure. * Friendly, proactive, and professional approach * Proven ability to work at speed with high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Proven experience in travel logistics and event management.
