Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, specifically focused on finance functions for a client based in Brisbane. This is a critical role in a complex, matrix environment that requires candidates with a proven track record in ERP deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central for finance functions.

• Drive project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure successful go-live within timeline and budget.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and external vendors.

• Manage key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

• Mitigate risks and resolve issues to keep the project on track.

• Apply agile project methodologies and promote agile best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure data migration, testing, training, and change management activities are effectively coordinated and executed.

Requirements:

• Experience managing ERP implementations as a Project Manager, ideally within large, complex organizations.

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly regarded

• Strong understanding of finance functions and how they integrate within ERP systems.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate and deliver within matrixed and fast-paced environments.

• Strong background in agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.

• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum).
