The Product, Junior Designer will join the team to work closely with cross-functional partners (Commercial / Agency PDD & Approvers / Licensees) to deliver inspirational product opportunities, lead research, share trend vision and effectively inspire strategies that capture market needs, ensure brand storytelling specialized in Food, Toys and Stationery categories.

How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Product, Junior Designer will join the team to work closely with cross-functional partners (Commercial / Agency PDD & Approvers / Licensees) to deliver inspirational product opportunities, lead research, share trend vision and effectively inspire strategies that capture market needs, ensure brand storytelling specialized in Food, Toys and Stationery categories.
The Product, Junior Designer will be responsible for:
- Develop pitches and tools on demand: specialized in toys, stationery and consumables.
- Show a high level of awareness of current product trends and technical knowledge (understanding technology, production methods and materials) to guide the product development teams.
- Act as bridge between product strategies and product development, with keen knowledge of market’s needs, limitations & opportunities. Ensure all information is clearly outlined and communicated across the CSA Hardlines teams.
- Able to do market research and consumer trends; sketch and develop the most effective ideas into detailed concepts; design pitches and inspirational materials.
- Approve products in OPA / PML system.
- 1 year of experience as a Designer, specializing in Product Design. (Preferred industries: Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Toy Design)
- Strong skills in product conceptualization, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Key competencies: Product design, with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Technical expertise: High proficiency in 3D modeling and product mock-up conceptualization.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamic and changing environments and objectives.
- Intermediate level of English (required).
