Cyber Incident Management Officer

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Cyber Incident Management Officer to join our Brussels, Belgium team.

What will you be doing in this role{​{:}

• }Support enterprise-wide cyber incident response efforts, ensuring effective coordination among stakeholder
• sAssist in tracking, overseeing, and following up on Cyber Incident Task Force (CITF) activities and decision
• sContribute to the development of policies and documentation, including the cyber incident management framework, response plans, and handbook
• sPrepare communication materials such as meeting records and incident report
• sProvide administrative support for the planning, execution, and documentation of CITFs and Incident Coordination and Decision-Making Group (ICDMG) meeting
• sPerform secretarial duties related to incident response meeting
• sAssist with planning and executing cyber incident management exercise
• sEnsure lessons identified from past exercises and CITFs are integrated into ongoing incident management practice
• sCarry out additional tasks as assigned by the Enterprise Cyber Incident Manager to support the incident management proces
  
  

sRequirement

sWhat do you need to succeed in this position

• ?A degree from a university or establishment of similar standing plus at least 3 years of professional experience in Enterprise or large international organization environments
• ;Experience in cybersecurity, preferably in policy development.
• ;A good knowledge of cybersecurity in areas such as incident response, threat intelligence, risk management or relate
• dThe ability to draft clear and concise reports, produce and maintain cybersecurity incident reports, security in support of cybersecurity incident response activitie
• sGood knowledge of Englis
