Role: PRINCIPAL FULL STACK ENGINEER (Angular, NGRX, RxJs, Java, AWS, CI/CD, Cypress)

Location: Galway, Ireland

Position Type: 11-month contract with potential for extension

Work model: hybrid (3 weeks remote, 1 week in the office)

You will:

• Lead the design and implementation of software solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements and that are aligned with the program’s strategic direction
• Fully engage in product quality plan efforts, including test case development, design reviews, code reviews, and test automation.
• Work towards building an inclusive, trusting, and safe environment where learning and innovation can thrive.
• Collaborate witha global team of software engineers to improve engineering standards and best practices.

This role, although full-stack, is more front-end oriented. Strong Angular, RxJs and NGRX are very important.

Key requirements:

• Deep knowledge and experience with UI tech stack: HTML, CSS, and Angular
• Experience with NgRx and Highcharts is a plus
• Exposure to Cypress Test Automation is a plus
• Proficient in Java, Spring (Core and Spring Boot), RESTful services as well as the usual
• DevOps enablers like Maven, Jenkins and Github
• Experience with messaging and streaming platforms is desirable
• · Exposure to AWS Cloud Infrastructure / Services
