What we are looking for is someone with experience as an AI Literacy Learning Content Developer to join a pharma sector project team.

Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Manage and facilitate the creation of AI literacy learning content.
• Collaborate with business leaders to record videos and develop text-based content.
• Align content development with AI training programs.
• Suggest frameworks, outlines, and strategies for the overall AI literacy program.
• Create assessments, knowledge check questions, and reflection questions.
• Support content creation for the communications campaign as needed.

• Experience in learning and development.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and their business applications.
• Experience in creating and managing training programs.
• Proficiency in developing various types of learning content (text, video, interactive).
• Knowledge of instructional design principles.
