Data Analyst (Flip Team)

What you’ll have to do:

• Analyse data, flows, and operational scenarios to propose projects enhancements or spearhead new initiatives;
• Creates actionable reports and analysis to answer questions related to product performance and processes efficiency;
• Creates advanced visualizations starting from the analysed data sets;
• Ensure accurate data tracking, collection and centralization from diverse sources across the organisation;
• Proactively identify and implement improvement opportunities, suggesting viable solutions;
• Collaborate with project team members on design and implementation, ensuring quick resolution of issues to maintain project continuity;
• Collaborate with project or operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes;
• Communicate project status, process standards and changes, and issues and workarounds, clearly and succinctly to the business and operations support team.
• Create BI functional & technical documentation;
• Become a "feature promoter" and provide support for business users. Answer the question "how can I do this".
  
  

What makes you a good fit:

• Have around 3 years experience in data analysis, with a proven track record in data visualisation, reporting, and dashboard creation;
• Proficient in data modelling and forecasting and conducting data integrity checks to uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency;
• Have a demonstrable passion for refining existing processes and systems, with the creativity to develop innovative new ones as needed;
• Proficiency in Excel;
• Good SQL Knowledge;
• Experience in working with data systems like Power BI, Looker etc.
• Experience in working with quantitative analysis;
• Experience in working with large sets of data;
• Familiar with statistics and the methodology of AB testing;
• Project management skills;
• Experience in working with both technical teams and business teams.
  
  

What makes you stand out:

• Hands-on experience with JIRA for project tracking and reporting;
• A good understanding of network structures, database management, and general technological frameworks;
• Reporting design techniques.
