This role involves leading the evaluation, redesign, development, and maintenance of web platforms for a governmental or cultural authority. The ideal candidate will be a bilingual web developer (Arabic and English) with strong technical expertise and experience in modern web technologies.
- Analyze and assess existing platforms for usability, performance, accessibility, and security.
- Redesign UI/UX and develop features using modern frontend (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP, ASP.NET).
- Ensure mobile responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, multi-language support, and SEO optimization.
- Strengthen platform security and performance through caching, CDN integration, and vulnerability protection.
- Integrate APIs with third-party systems like CRM and payment gateways.
- Provide detailed documentation, training for internal teams, and ongoing technical support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development.
- Proficient in full-stack development and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Strong background in SEO, accessibility, security, and CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
