Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in software development. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in PHP, the MERN stack, React, and Flutter, with additional exposure to .NET Core being a plus. This role requires expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a solid understanding of cloud platforms, deployment tools, and software architecture. Prior experience in real estate tech or related domains is highly desirable.

Responsibilities include

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web and mobile applications.
• Work across technologies including PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony), MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), and Flutter.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and APIs.
• Work with relational databases such as SQL Server and MySQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, following Agile methodologies.
• Manage deployments and infrastructure on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and contribute to continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Develop and maintain real estate-specific applications, CRM, or ERP systems.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces with a strong focus on UI/UX principles.

Here's what you'll need

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

Must have strong proficiency in:

• PHP and PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony)
• MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
• Flutter (for cross-platform mobile development)
• Experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server and MySQL.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and third-party API integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and deployment tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
