Senior Oracle ERP Consultant

Location: Client Premises, Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 15,000 to 18,000 per month

The Solution Consultant will play a pivotal role in shaping and governing the end‑to‑end ERP  landscape for our client a mojor airline based in UAE. You will design modern, integrated solutions that span Oracle ERP (E‑Business Suite and Cloud/Fusion), Oracle databases, Java and .NET application stacks, and a variety of integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Define & maintain enterprise architecture using recognised frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and reference models that cover application, data, integration, and infrastructure layers.
• Architect Oracle ERP solutions—EBS and Cloud/Fusion—covering extensions, integrations, data migration, and upgrades.
• Lead integration strategy across heterogeneous systems (API Gateways, ESBs, microservices) and orchestrate services on Oracle SOA Suite or equivalent middleware.
• Provide hands on technical leadership for Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST) and .NET (.NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API) development teams, enforcing coding, performance, and security standards.
• Design high availability Oracle DB (12c/19c/21c) architectures, including backup/recovery, performance tuning, and data model governance.
• Drive DevOps and CI/CD adoption—select tooling, automate pipelines, and embed quality gates to accelerate reliable releases.
• Advise on cloud strategy (Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS), covering workload migration, cost optimisation, and hybrid patterns.
• Engage stakeholders—translate complex technical topics into clear roadmaps, present architecture decisions, and influence senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in IT out of which 5+ year should be in solution design with progressive responsibility across Oracle ERP, databases, and full‑stack development.
• Oracle ERP (EBS R12, Cloud/Fusion) configuration, extensions, and integrations.
• Oracle SOA Suite; API Gateway / ESB design; microservices architecture.
• Oracle Database 12c/19c/21c—architecture, optimisation, and HA/DR strategies.
• Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful API design.
• .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API.
• DevOps practices, CI/CD toolchains (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud preferred; Azure or AWS a plus).
• Architecture frameworks: Proven use of TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum delivery leadership; familiarity with SAFE or other scaled‑Agile approaches advantageous.
