Do you want to shape employee experience and foster a high-performing, values-driven culture?


On behalf of our customer we are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Culture & Organisational Development Partner to join the HR team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and drive culture projects, focusing on enhancing team collaboration, employee engagement, and organisational growth.


Key Responibilities

Team Dynamics & Collaboration

  • Drive initiatives that strengthen teamwork, collaboration, and team effectiveness across the organisation.
  • Create and deliver high-impact presentations, posters, infographics, and communications to support engagement and learning efforts.

Culture & Employee Experience

  • Champion initiatives that reinforce company values and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, learning sessions, and cultural programs that align with their mission, vision, and values.
  • Develop and implement programs that foster an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

Employee Engagement & Insights

  • Analyze engagement and culture survey results; partner with business leaders to create meaningful, actionable plans.
  • Conduct pulse surveys, focus groups, and diagnostics to gather and interpret qualitative and quantitative feedback.

Change Management & Organisational Development

  • Support and lead change management efforts that build adaptability and support sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with leaders to cultivate a future-focused, agile mindset within teams.

Global Collaboration

  • Work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple continents and time zones.
  • Tailor communication and engagement strategies to accommodate diverse cultural and regional contexts.
  • Coordinate activities and initiatives across geographies, ensuring consistency while allowing for local adaptation.


Who You Are

  • You have HR experience, ideally with a focus on culture, employee engagement, or organisational development.
  • You have experience designing or implementing change or culture-related projects.
  • You’re a strong communicator, facilitator, and collaborator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You thrive in a global environment and are confident managing collaboration across time zones.
  • You’re passionate about building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
