Programme Quality Manager

We are looking for a Programme Quality Manager for a permanent position with a leading Defense company in the UAE.

The Programme Quality Manager (PQM) spearheads the development of a quality-focused environment and maintains quality standards within the Product Development Team.

The PQM shall:

• Lead a team in the strategic development and implementation of quality standards according to company and industry standards.
• Oversee programme lifecycle activities and project deliverables.
• Ensure design and development is undertaken as per approved plans and procedures
• Ensure that all test, verification and qualification activities are undertaken at planned phases.
• Empower the team to develop process improvement, preventive and corrective action plans.
