About the role

We are looking for a versatile and experienced Full-Stack Engineer. This role combines modern web and backend development with hands-on integration of GenAI tools and light DevOps responsibilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment focused on innovation and rapid experimentation.

What you'll get to do

• You’ll play a key role within your cross functional team, taking responsibility for your services and the technology within them.
  
  

• You'll get to work as the Staff Software Engineer in your squad, leading on discussions around technical direction and systems design, as well as mentoring more junior members of the team
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using React/Next.js, Node.js, and Spring Boot
• Create and consume RESTful APIs, and manage integrations with MongoDB and MySQL
• Integrate and prototype with GenAI technologies such as OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Claude
• Collaborate on AI-enhanced solutions like chatbots, document analyzers, or recommendation engines
• Handle light DevOps using AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, Cognito, S3)
• Support observability using AWS CloudWatch and Canary
• Use CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins; write automation scripts (Python, Shell)

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.



Preferred Qualifications

• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• 7+ years in full-stack development across frontend and backend technologies
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and Java (Spring Boot)
• Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
• Hands-on integration with GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Claude etc.)
• Familiarity with AWS and DevOps best practices (Docker, CI/CD, monitoring)
• Strong understanding of software design, secure coding, and agile delivery

Additional Preferred Skills

• AWS Certification.
• Exposure to GenAI frameworks like LangChain or similar.
• Passion for experimentation and AI-enabled innovation.
