Technology Architect – Data Platform

We have an urgent requirement for Technology Architect – Data Platform Implementation (Financial Services) - architecting and implementing integrated data platforms is required for one of our banking client in Oman

Strong Experience in data platform architecture and integration Must to apply for this role

Strong Experience in 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and data platform implementation is Must apply for this role

Strong experience in Financial services domain is Must to apply for this role

Strong experience front-end integration and user experience design in Unified Service Desktops is MUST

Strong experience in architectural standards, patterns, and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman is MUST

Deep expertise in data platform architecture and integration to lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise-scale solutions in the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in architecting and implementing integrated data platforms, including data migration, event streaming, real-time integration, and front-end unification of banking applications.

Architect and lead the implementation of highly integrated data platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategy.

Deliver gap-fit analysis documents by translating business requirements into robust solution design artifacts, including:

• Banking Data Model
• Logical and Physical Architecture (multi-server, multi-geography, internet-facing deployments)
• Integration, Infrastructure, and Deployment Architecture
  
  

Design and oversee implementation of a Unified Service Desktop, enabling front-end integration of multiple banking applications on a single platform.

Define technical and non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, maintainability, availability, and observability.

Partner with senior business and IT stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet strategic objectives and user needs.

Develop and enforce bank-specific architecture principles for data platform implementation and ensure adherence by tech leads and system integration (SI) partners.

Select and define the technology stack for platform deployment, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure and business goals.

Guide SI partners in creating and reviewing the target technical architecture blueprint, ensuring it adheres to bank guidelines and supports the project's overall objectives.

Understand and accommodate the limitations and capabilities of packaged software solutions used within the project ecosystem.

Define the staging environment strategy including the number and purpose of environment instances such as Development, Test, Training, Staging, and Production.
